RETURN POLICY
Ann's Art AU return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately I cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The cost of returning an item is at the buyer's expense.
Damaged/Faulty Goods: Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, I will offer you full replacement or full refund including postage/shipping costs upon photographic proof of the damaged item. Forward photos of the damaged items to contact@annsart.com.au
